Worms
A biology teacher wanted to show his students the harmful effects of alcohol on living organisms. For the experiment, he held up a beaker with pond water that had a thriving community of worms. When he poured in some alcohol, the worms doubled up and died.
“Now,” he said, what did we learn from this?”
“It’s obvious!” an eager called out. “If you drink alcohol, you'll never have worms!”
