Allen Blasting and has immediate openings for Traveling Foremen for the Mid-West and Mid-South regions of the US. Responsibilities include leading crews in blasting (abrasive and hydro) and painting and coating operations in the field; Safety and Health of crew; Site administrative duties and solicitation of work from Department heads.
Minimum of 5 years experience required 3 of which should be in a supervisory position.
Hands on experience with abrasive blast operations, lead removal, tank coatings and linings, rigging,
airless, conventional and plural component spray painting.
A proven record of running safe and productive teams.
Experience with Quality Assurance tools and reporting and safety leadership and discipline..
Must be proactive in handling any site issues including equipment, materials, customer complaints,
Must have positive attitude and exceptional problem solving ability.
Experience with all equipment used in abrasive blasting and spray painting operations at industrial
Ability to demonstrate a “team-work” attitude and motivate crews bringing quality result jobs in
on-time and on-budget.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, customers, safety personnel and quality control personnel.
Ability to assist in safety and technical training of workers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
