The Protective and Marine Sales representative is accountable for executing an effective sales strategy to aggressively grow sales and profits to key, opportunity, new and existing accounts in the Protective and Marine markets and identify items or product categories that require specific attention in support of this strategy. Sales territory is comprised of the Jacksonville, FL and west to Tampa, FL and surrounding areas and supports the Districts within Paint Stores Group.
Prefer experience as a Commercial Branch Manager or Sales Rep. with successful sales performance and experience in a large volume territory; or comparable non-SW industry Sales Rep. experience.
Strong demonstrated knowledge in the Protective & Marine products, Industrial Flooring products, and application methods, market dynamics and trends in the coatings industry, prefer previous NACE and/or SSPC Training completed.
Minimum High School education or equivalent. Prefer Bachelors Degree in a Business related field.
