Caldwell, located in Louisville, KY has an immediate job opening for the position of Project Manager with a strong working knowledge of high performance coatings and an understanding of coating system applications for carbon steel structures. The Project Manager serves as a liaison between Caldwell and the project owner and subcontractors (both captive and non-captive) by planning, directing and coordinating of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Responsibilities include contract administration, contract negotiation, coordination of trades, and management of various construction activities. The Project Manager will facilitate communication with customers, engineers and various trades.
The successful candidate will have job superintendent or construction management experience. A NACE or SSPC certification is preferred but not required. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College, or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
