!*!Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment to ensure daily production completion. Perform both preventive and predictive equipment/system maintenance. Conduct daily equipment operating parameter checks and repairs. Order repair and replacement parts. Complete and maintain required documentation of activities including EMS records. Attend training as needed. Work overtime (daily, weekend, and holiday) as required.
Daily Tasks:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment. Perform daily equipment operating parameter checks. Troubleshoot and repair equipment during emergency and breakdown situations. Schedule and plan equipment repair and or new equipment installations. Complete and maintain required documentation of daily activities.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or six months of applicable work experience in manufacturing with a two-year technical degree.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance of various types of industrial process equipment. Advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and their operating principles. Deep understanding and ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment and systems.
Required Skills:
Proficient with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and electrical schematics.
Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multi-task.
Must be results oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written format.
Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term. Able to work overtime on weekends and holidays as needed.
Desired Skills:
Industrial Paint process equipment experience.
Experience with ABB, Motoman and Fanuc robotics.
Advanced understanding of PLC logic, programming, and troubleshooting (Omron, Device.net, and Control.net).
Degree:
Requires a two-year technical degree, or equivalent experience.
