Raven Lining Systems Inc. (“Raven”) offers the Raven Engineered System and AquataPoxy® products for sustainable solutions for the protection and renewal of water and wastewater infrastructure, is seeking experienced sales professionals with a track record of success in growing sales and profits in municipal markets. This home-based position will be responsible for developing specifications with engineering firms to sell the Raven Engineered System which offers nationally proven corrosion protection and containment solutions through our coating products, equipment, training, and marketing & technical support as well as supporting & developing a network of Certified Applicators (CA’s). The selected candidate will work closely with CA’s to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness, as well as identifying sales opportunities throughout the territory. The ideal candidate will have: • At least five years of experience in municipal sales • BS in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering (or the equivalent in experience) • Technical experience in coatings, engineering, construction, water or wastewater, or chemistry fields strongly preferred. • Demonstrated history of driving results through indirect sales channels or a certified applicator network • The ability to travel extensively in the designated territory to call on accounts and develop relationships with engineers and current and potential CA’s • Experience in the public sector bid process, EPA mandates, federal, state, and local funding also helpful • Currently residing in Houston, TX or Central California.
