CLP Resources is now accepting resumes for Maritime SSPC Painter/Blasters
- Minimum of 3 years verifiable work experience in the marine/ship repair industry required
- Perform full range of surface prep tasks to include sanding and blasting
- Inspect, prepare and assemble painting equipment suitable to work being performed as a spray painter/operator
- Identify, prepare, mix and apply coatings to interior and exterior of U.S. Naval Ship surfaces
- Toubleshoot equipment malfunctions and/or report inoperable equipment as specified
- Clean mchines, filters and screens required for job completion and equipment storage
- Maintain safe work practice/environment
- Safely operate man lifts or any other devices as needed
