Program Manager of natural gas infrastructure related to the Marcellus Shale & Utica Shale Gas plays. Travel to north, central and southwestern Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Individual's responsibility will be to serve as the lead program manager/construction manager for major natural gas infrastructure capital projects as well as being lead business development manager for construction management services in the Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale regions for Baker’s Construction Services Practice. As lead business development manager (50%), the Program manager will be responsible for the development and cultivation of client relationships and developing new relationships in the Marcellus/Utica region, marketing Baker to various Marcellus/Utica clients, developing marketing material and statements of qualifications, identifying opportunities, drafting/preparing proposals for response to client RFPs, representing Baker at various industry conferences and meetings, coordinating presentations to various clients, and calling on an established network of business relationships in the Marcellus and Utica markets. Program management (50%) responsibilities will include leading project teams and taking on project manager functions associated with financial performance of projects and other tasks associated with project/program management, including but not limited to developing/overseeing schedules, estimates, project controls, changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of the construction project which will include but not be limited to pipelines, compressor stations, gathering lines, and facilities. Will be responsible for leading project teams responsible for construction oversight of activities including environmental permitting and E&S oversight, ROW clearing, ditching, pipe hauling, stringing, welding, coating inspection, backfilling, cleanup, coordination with various stakeholders, and daily documentation of all activities and inspections, and safety & standards compliance, and other duties as may be needed by client.
