Minimum 10 Years in Marine Industries, with 5 Years as Supervisor
Must be able to gain access into government facilities.
Delegate Job Responsibilities to Coating Division Supervisors, while acting in the capacity as an assistant to either a Project Superintendent or Project Manager for a minimum of 1 Year.
Coordinate work with other yard trades, AIT and other contractors.
Must be able to follow directions and communicate instructions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must work well with others.
Must have knowledge of the processes and equipment utilized by the Coating Division.
Must have knowledge of all processes (i.e. Timekeeping, Tracking and Maintaining Budgets, NESHAP Documentation) and equipment needed to execute their assignment.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment – including a respirator.
