Seal-Krete, is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to administer and coordinate sales, training and marketing activities for its Seal-Krete High Performance Coatings line.

Successful candidate should have a working knowledge of commercial /industrial floor coatings and have experience in their application.  Decorative concrete application experience is a plus.  A bachelor's degree and/ or a minimum of 5 years field work experience is preferred.  Must have the ability to create job specified documents and have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; engage numerous departments and lead new product design; competency in demonstrating product and conducting certification training; develop new product /customer opportunities and be willing to travel 40% of the time.
