Description Territory Manager (TX, OK, and LA)
Charged
with building and maintaining relationships with all Distributors in the
defined Territory, including Texas and some adjacent states. Will work with
Technical Support, Sales Engineering, and Field Service teams in support of
customer needs. Challenged to achieve a strategy
for double-digit growth.
Primary
Duties & Responsibilities
TM
will build and manage relationships with selected Distributors within the
Territory. TM
will partner with the National Accounts Manager involving key account customers
with valid business opportunities within the Territory. Engage
with technical support, application engineering, customer service and field
service teams in the sales and service to distributors (customers) in the
region. Provide
daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Sales Dashboard for tracking sales
metrics and goal attainment. Provides
product training to customers as may be required. Utilize
CRM sales systems as may be required.
Education,
Experience, and Skills
BS/BA
degree preferred. 10+
years of technical work experience in an equipment or machine manufacturing
environment. 7+
years of sales and business development experience in the industrial sector with
direct solution-selling through Distribution channels. Demonstrated
technical proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience utilizing a CRM
platform. Knowledge of the CRM module of
Syteline is a plus.
