Honestly,if you would have seen the Quality of the paint job that was done to the U.S.Capitol Bldg you would not have given this award I saw for myself what was painted over the quality of work on that project was shameful no other words can describe it this is my personal opinion based on my actual visual inspection of the exterior surface, I actually looked at this job and was dumbfounded the project manager was accepting an award for an obviously disaster from a coating proffesional standerd.
