Find me a D/L lab - alike, I will conduct a small test voluntarily, and produce better results free, you are missing an important purpose not a plan 'A', 'B', etc... .

Sweep blasting could cause micro cracks in inorganic PCP and may weaken the coating system. Is it better to apply subsequent coats on clean, intact PCP with out sweep blasting? I would like to get further comments on this.
