Hello Bob. Willie Feliciano here.Long time no see! Hope all is well. Good piece. When it comes to surface tolerant coatings and zone painting one thing we've learned is adhesion, adhesion, adhesion! Always test for it.

Willie, that was indeed learned the hard way as many of the bridges now being overcoated are the Epoxy/Urethane era coatings and the 3 simple rules- clean, dull and dry require some work for proper adhesion assuming the coating is intact. This was a good piece and hope all is well with y'all in Albany.
