Furthermore, I quote from the referenced article "A urethane is the result of the reaction between an isocyanate and an alcohol, and is also known as a carbamate. A polyurethane (PUR) is the reaction of a polyisocyanate and a polyol, forming a thermoset polymer. If an amine is used instead of a polyol, then a polyurea is formed instead of a polyurethane. Figure 1 shows the reactions." So the correct answer should be false.
